1. Batan City is a dusty, magical-real place. Stories about the city should reflect this.
  2. Stories must link together. Links can be made between characters, ideas, processes and things. Each story should contain two valid links. A valid link is one that makes sense and is not contrived, fake or artificial.
  3. Stories must be short. Probably less than 1000 words. If your story is longer than 1000 words ask for help editing it.
  4. Eventually we want 104 stories. Once we reach that number we will start voting stories on and off.
